Comments!

My last post must have rattled some cages out there as I've finally got comments! Keep them coming please! Although it appears you've missed the point of this blog.

In response, have you read my previous posts? The overall purpose of my blog is to highlight the fact that the Magnificat Meal Movement or Corma Coptic or whatever they're called these days are running all these community events but claiming to be the Helidon Sports & Rec Association, the Tabletop Junior Arts & Crafts Club Inc etc. All I'm asking for is HONESTY.

Why set up numerous community groups? It just looks dodgy and to me it appears to be a way of getting more government grant funding than they're entitled to. If they're real community groups, run by non-MMM affiliated people, then why is nothing ever organised on a Saturday before sundown and why are there no Christmas or Easter celebrations?

Why is the helidon.org website registered to Clare Birchley, one of the senior members of the MMM? http://www.whois.net/whois/helidon.org

If there are reasonable explanations for this, I'd like to hear them.

Kids brainwashed in school

I haven't posted anything for quite a while, mainly because it's still business as usual in Helidon for the MMM (or the cult formerly known as the MMM, better known now as the HSRA - Helidon Sports & Rec Association). They're still getting grant funding from the incompetent Queensland Government through their fake community organisations.

Interestingly, the Helidon State School curriculum includes weekly Religious Instruction. This is an extract from the school's website http://helidonss.eq.edu.au/wcmss/index.php/School-Prospectus.html (I've highlighted in red some key points):

RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION
Legislation provides that within a specific time period each week, approved instructors, who are religious leaders or accredited representatives of a faith group, are able to gain right-of-entry into a State School to provide religious instruction to students to develop and support particular beliefs, values and attitudes.

Religious Instruction only occurs in accordance with legislation and departmental policy and the conduct of any specific school events, which have religious, spiritual and/or ethical content are inclusive and only occur in accordance with departmental policies.

Religious Instruction takes place weekly on Tuesdays at 9.00am for a duration of one half hour for children from Year 1-7. Ministers and nominated catechists from a number of religious denominations take classes: Catholic, Anglican/Uniting/Presbyterian, Lutheran and Celtic Corma Australia.

So if the website is right, the Department of Education has accredited the loonies from the MMM to come in to the school and brainwash the kids into the MMM! How the hell did the Corma Coptic (i.e. MMM) get recognised as a religion alongside legitimate religions like Catholic, Anglican etc?? Apparently this is all within 'departmental guidelines'. They must be very broad guidelines to allow those wackos to spread their rubbish in a school paid for by the poor Queensland taxpayer.

I wonder if the Minister for Education, Geoff Wilson, is aware of this?
