Grant Funding

Here are all the details that I've managed to track down of the government grant funding that the associations linked to the MMM have managed to receive. This is taxpayer money, remember, and the grants are supposed to be for legitimate community groups!

Federal funding: http://www.facsia.gov.au/internet/facsinternet.nsf/aboutfacs/programs/sfsc-vseg_2006_qld2.htm. It doesn't give the dollar amount but both Helidon Sports & Rec Association and Tabletop Junior Arts and Crafts Club Inc are listed.

Qld State Government: RockStock got $10,000 out of the Q150 fund even though the event was held in 2008. What's the bet they go back for more next year? Extract from 'Q150 6 June Round 2 list' "Tabletop Junior Art and Craft Club Inc, Toowoomba, was allocated $10,000 for the Rockstock festival to promote the unique history of the Helidon Spa Park and the rich natural resources of Helidon sandstone and Helidon water." Document found on http://www.q150.qld.gov.au/.

Private sector: The Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal (http://www.frrr.org.au/) gave the Helidon Sports & Rec Association $3,775 in March 2008 as listed in their newsletter (Issue 19).

How many more grants are there that we don't know about and where is this money going? Straight into Debra's pockets I reckon.

What about Christmas?

Well if you check out the http://www.helidon.org/ website you'll see the cult is keeping its 'slaves' very busy organising Balls, Celtic festivals, RockStock concerts....Phew!

Gee you'd think they'd be up for a big Christmas Ball, or a Nativity play or maybe organise Santa to ride down the main street of Helidon dishing out lollies to the kiddies. Well..... no, there's absolutely bugger all until New Year's Eve.

Very strange you may think. Well not when you read this page on the Magnificat Meal Movement's website: http://www.magnificatmealmovement.com/December%20Web/25%20Dec.htm. I find this paragraph from that page very interesting: "...December the 25th will not be a wise activity to be involved in for any emotional, social or spiritual or everlasting or even commercial reason." Huh?!

So is it just me or is it a bit too much of a coincidence that MMM denounces celebrating Christmas on December 25 and neither the Helidon Sports & Rec Association, Tabletop Junior Arts and Crafts Club Inc, Southeast Queensland Junior Astronomers nor the Celtic Historians Association Inc are organising anything for Christmas?

What sort of club wouldn't organise any form of Christmas celebration? I'll tell you what sort - one that's linked to the MMM. After all, they're not adverse to raising money and you'd think Christmas would be a big money spinner.

The fake clubs and groups

So who are these fake clubs and groups that are a front for the MMM?

The Helidon Sports & Rec Association, Tabletop Junior Arts and Crafts Club Inc, Southeast Queensland Junior Astronomers and the Helidon Celtic Historical Society are the ones that I know of but who knows, there may be more!
